2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of InterviewPrompter for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • modify or copy the materials
  • use the materials for any commercial purpose
  • attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in InterviewPrompter
  • remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for how you use InterviewPrompter. We provide the tool as an educational and preparation aid. You agree to:

  • Use the service ethically and in accordance with your employer's policies
  • Not use the service in a way that violates any laws or regulations
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials

4. Payment and Refunds

Credits are purchased upfront and do not expire. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for unused credits. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.

6. Disclaimer

7. Limitations

In no event shall InterviewPrompter or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use InterviewPrompter, even if InterviewPrompter or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

InterviewPrompter may revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using this service you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
